Frequently Asked Questions 

If you are unable to find the answer below please contact our team on 8734 5678 or email us at info@westernleisureservices.com.au 

If you registered online, you would have entered a password. Use your email and password that you registered.

If you signed up and did not put a password in follow the below prompts

  1. Go to the WynActive Portal
  2. Select ‘forgot password’ at the login screen
  3. You will be prompted to type in your email and select ‘submit’. Make sure you use the email address you used on your membership agreement.

If you are unsure if you have account fellow below

  1. Select ‘forgot password’ at the login screen
  2. You will be prompted to type in your email and select ‘submit’
  3. If you have an account, you will receive an email to reset your password. If you do not have an account, a message will appear stating ’email address not found’. If this happens, proceed back to the login screen, and create a free account or sign up for a membership.
  1. Create an account
  • Visit the WynActive Portal
  • Select “Join Now”
  • Select your preferred facility.
  1. Choose your membership type
  • Choose your preferred membership option (access all or aquatic or eagle only) and select ‘next’
  • Choose your preferred payment option (12 month or no minimum term  or Paid In full ) and select ‘next’
  • Choose your preferred membership type and select ‘next’
  • Choose what day in the next 7 days you would like to start your contract and select ‘next’

*Please note: we charge fortnightly for direct debit, so if your start date is before our next payment day you will need to pay a pro-rata fee for the days leading up to this payment day and a joining fee (if applicable). We suggest starting your membership on the day you wish to first visit us.

*Please note, for concession or age specific membership types you will need to confirm eligibility so please bring any card or documentation with you.

  1. Enter your contact and payment details 
  • Enter your contact details and select ‘next’
  • A summary of your contract and payment details will appear
  • Accept the terms and conditions and select ‘next’.
  1. Make payment
  • Select your preferred payment method (bank details or credit card/debit card) for your contract and select ‘next’.

Bank details

  • Enter your bank details. Please note, these details you enter will be linked to your contract for all future payments, but you can change your payment details when needed. 
  • You will be taken to the payment gateway to make your initial payment which will need to be made by a credit/debit card.
  • Make payment. 

Credit/debit card

  • Enter your credit/debit card details. Please note, these details you enter will be linked to your contract for all future payments, but you can change your payment details when needed. 
  • Make payment.

Contract confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirming that you are now a member with your contract attached. 
  • Please visit us at your nearest facility so we can allocate an access card for you, collect your membership pack and ask us any questions you may have. 
  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Go to ‘Edit Profile’
  4. Update your contact details. 

Please note, once your account is created you cannot update your name, date of birth and email address in the Wynactive portal, and you will need to call us on 8734 5678 or email us at memberships@westernleisureservices.com.au to have it changed manually. 

You can login to the online portal and view and pay any outstanding balances on your account. 

  1. Login 
  2. Navigate to ‘Account’
  3. Select ‘Payments’
  4. You can now view a breakdown of your outstanding balances.

View current payment method

  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Navigate to ‘Payment Settings’

Add new payment method

  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Navigate to ‘Payment Settings’
  4. Select ‘Add new payment method’
  5. Choose your payment method (bank details or debit/credit card)
  6. Enter your details
  7. Save and you will see a notification confirming your new details have been added to your account. 

*Please note, The most recent payment method added will appear at the bottom of your saved payment methods if you have more than one.

Delete old payment method

If you have multiple payment options, you may want to delete old ones you no longer want to use. To do this: 

  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Account’
  3. Navigate to ‘Payment Settings’
  4. Select ‘delete’ next to the payment method you want to delete. Please note, if this payment method is selected as your ‘current payment methods for contract’ you cannot delete it. 
  5. Save and you will see a notification confirming your new details have been added to your account. 
  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Book’
  3. Navigate to ‘Classes’
  4. Select the class you want to attend by clicking “Book Now”
  5. You will be a class overview and click “Book Now”

*Please Note

  • You can book classes up to 48 hours in advance.
  • To cancel your booking where the “Book Now” button was it now says “Cancel Booking” which you click then confirm your booking cancellation.
  • If you have an Access All Membership you can change club to access the other facilities classes
  1. Log in to the WynActive portal
  2. Select ‘Book’
  3. Navigate to ‘Facility’
  4. Navigate to ‘Facility Type” to choose either a Body Scan or Consultation
  5. Select the date and time you want to attend by clicking “Book Now”
