In line with our Membership Terms and Conditions, there is a 14-day cancellation period. However, you can choose to Freeze your membership for up to 3 months free.
Yes. You can freeze your membership free of charge for up to 3 months (92 days) at a time. (Please note you may have a direct debit during this period depending on when your return date is in our billing cycle.) To early return from a freeze please contact us at memberships@wynactive.com.au
Yes. Our Silver membership at Eagle Gym. (Please note this membership does not include access to AquaPulse or Werribee Outdoor Pool.)Gold membership is our full access membership which includes access to all 3 facilities.
