1. Download the WynActive app and login to your account – you should have recieved a link to activate your ‘mywellness account’ when you signed up.
2. DO NOT exercise directly before your appointment.
3. Bring along any relevant medical information.
4. Please bring a towel, bottle and dress in workout attire.
