Western Leisure Services (WLS) was established in 2014 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wyndham City Council to manage three facilities, AquaPulse, Eagle Stadium and the Werribee Outdoor Pool governed by a Management Services Agreement.

Western Leisure Services recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first Peoples of Australia.
