How do Members log in for the first time?

To log in for the first time:

  1. Open the client portal here
  2. Click ‘Forgot Password’
  3. Enter your email address (the email address you registered with us upon joining as a member)
  4. Open the email sent to you to reset your password (check junk and spam)
  5. Follow the instructions on the email to access your account

I am not a member – how do I log in?

Non-members can create a guest account to book into WynActive classes at all three facilities. To create a guest account:

  1. Open the client portal here
  2. Click ‘Join Now’
  3. Select the facility you would like to train at
  4. Select ‘Create Free Account’
  5. Click ‘Next’
  6. Enter your details and submit

How do I book a class?

To book a class:

  1. Click ‘Book’ on the top left panel of the screen
  2. Choose which centre you wish to book into by selecting ‘Change Club’
  3. Sort classes by category, type, trainer or zone
  4. Click on the class to book
