Download the WynActive app and login to your account – You should have received a link to activate your ‘MyWellness account’ when you signed up.
Do not exercise directly before your appointment.
If you have any medical information that you want us to know or relevant medical certificates, please bring it along.
Please bring a towel, bottle and dress in workout attire.
