Select the 'WYNACTIVE PORTAL' button. Check all your personal details are correct. Select ‘FRIENDS AND FAMILY’. Check all family members are listed. If not, select ‘ADD A FAMILY MEMBER’ as a guest account. See 'HOW TO BOOK' instructions.

Select the 'WYNACTIVE PORTAL' button. Select 'JOIN NOW'. Create a 'GUEST ACCOUNT' using the parent/guardian details as the main account. Select 'FRIENDS AND FAMILY'. Select 'ADD FAMILY MEMBER' as a guest account. See 'HOW TO BOOK' instructions.

Select 'BOOK' top row, middle (on a phone, scroll to the bottom) Select 'WYNSWIM'. Filter your search. Activity type = WynTensive 2025. Activity Level = Level of the swimmer (refer to “What level do I enrol?’ in the FAQ’s). Any semester = Select the program date you wish to enrol. Select 'ENROL NOW'. Select 'ENROL NOW' next to the account you wish to enrol into class.

This could be due to the age restrictions for each level. Check the child’s date of birth in their profile. Check the ‘What level do I enrol’ information. Contact wynswim@wynactive.com.au

Yes, please book your child into the same level they are currently in. This program is designed to help reinforce swimming skills and continuing progress.

There is no refund or credit giving for missed classes, therefore we recommend checking your schedule before booking.

The enrolment fee is for the four-30 minute swimming lesson, plus entry into the facility for the swimmer and one accompanying supervising adult. (Please note there is no swimming classes on Friday 26th September as it is a public holiday)

Yes, siblings, friend and family can also go swimming, the casual entry fee needs to be paid at reception. Please familiarise yourself with the Watch Around Water policy before arriving at the centre.
