Compare Membership Options

WynSenior is a program designed for over 60s, allowing participants to access WynActive facilities and services at a casual, discounted rate or via a WynActive membership.

The program includes specialty Group Fitness classes, tailored to the 60+ age group to increase strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. WynSenior patrons can also visit AquaPulse or Eagle Stadium gyms anytime during the opening hours. There are also specialty WynSenior Gym sessions where a WynSenior coach will be present. WynSenior patrons have the same gym access as our members.

Participants have the option to attend a Fitness Consultation, whereby the Fitness Coach designs an individualised gym program. Participation in WynSenior services will help to improve confidence, independence and mobility, and will help to keep you active.

All WynSenior sessions, gym visits, and aquatic access are included free with an Active Membership.

It’s an exhilarating and enjoyable workout accompanied by an incredible playlist. Dancing will uplift your spirits, inspire you, and boost your energy levels. This class is designed for everyone to have fun!

This class is tailored for individuals aged 60 and older, blending Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility and strength, fostering harmony and balance within the body.

Active Seniors

A gentle, low-impact workout specifically tailored for individuals aged 50 and over, aiming to enhance balance, stability, and strengthen bones and muscles.

Gentle Aqua

This class has been specially designed for individuals aged 60 and above. Conducted in the Hydrotherapy pool, this low-impact aqua exercise provides an excellent cardiovascular workout while also strengthening muscles.
