AquaPulse and Werribee Outdoor Pool blend practical swimming infrastructure with accessibility and leisure features.
AquaPulse Pool Hall
AquaPulse’s pool hall unites competitive and gentle aquatic environments under one roof.
The heated 50 m pool, adaptable into two 25 m lanes, serves lap swimmers, clubs, school groups and fitness classes, with spectator seating overlooking the action.
Beside it, the 25 m pool offers a setting tailored for learn-to-swim programs and aquatic fitness, maintained at a slightly warmer temperature for comfort. For therapeutic relief and mobility support, the 34 °C warm water pool provides stand-up and sit-down spa zones with AquaFit equipment, designed for low-impact therapy and accessible to injury rehabilitation users

Werribee Outdoor Pool
At Werribee Outdoor Pool, seasonal appeal meets family and fitness needs.
Its expansive eight-lane, 50 m heated pool delivers accessibility via ramp entry and accommodates both lap swimmers and recreational users. The adjoining leisure pool invites families into a shallow beach-entry play area, shaded rest zones, and a dedicated swim instruction area for younger swimmers. The layout emphasises inclusive design and welcoming functionality.

Conditions of Use and Safety Guidelines
Conditions of use across both venues prioritise safety, hygiene and accessibility: valuables must be secured in lockers, pre-swim showers and waterproof nappies for young children are mandatory, and anyone recently affected by gastrointestinal illness is asked to stay out of the water. Children’s health, proper supervision, and cleanliness are enforced consistently across both centres.

The warm water pool is strictly for therapy and gentle exercise. Children under 16 may only use it as part of authorised medical programs, and children under 2 may enter only with close adult supervision, provided their presence does not disrupt other users. Lap swimming is not permitted in this pool.
-
All WynActive pools operate under the Watch Around Water policy. Children under 5 must remain within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian, while children under 10 must be actively supervised at all times.
-
Patrons must shower with soap before entering pools. Babies, toddlers, and anyone who is incontinent must wear waterproof nappies, which must be disposed of in the designated bins. Children should not drink pool water, and hands should always be washed after toilet use or nappy changes. Anyone who has had diarrhoea in the last 14 days must not use the aquatic facilities.
-
Any faecal accidents must be reported immediately to staff. All litter, including used wristbands, must be placed in the bins provided. These measures ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facilities for all visitors.
