Strategic Plan 2022 – 2026
On behalf of the entire team, we are excited and inspired about the future, and the opportunities this presents, as we continue to grow our business over the life of this plan.
This plan outlines the priorities for our organisation as we rebuild, following the devastating impacts of COVID-19, and reshape the business to meet the changing needs of our community. This document will drive annual business plans aligned to deliver success on each of the strategic themes.
We will insist on delivering exceptional customer service while remaining focussed on providing safe, innovative programs and services, and our centres will be the destination of choice for aquatics, fitness and recreation.

AquaPulse has everything from thrilling waterslides and a splash zone for the kids to lap swimming, group fitness classes and a fully equipped gym.
Eagle Stadium
Eagle Stadium has indoor courts and rooms for hire, spaces for group fitness, a range of league sports and community events.
Werribee Outdoor Pool
Werribee Outdoor Pool is the seasonal spot for lap swimming, family fun, lush lawns and relaxed summer vibes.
