Meeting Rooms, Fitness Studios & Court Hire
Eagle Stadium offers versatile meeting spaces ideal for workshops, training, and club gatherings. Fitness studios, including the Group Fitness Studio and Mind & Body Studio, are also available for hire and are suitable for classes, rehearsals, and wellness programs.
Casual court hire at Eagle Stadium is available and covers 12 indoor multipurpose courts and 4 outdoor netball courts, bookable up to seven days in advance by phone, including casual shooting access. Permanent court hire can be secured via enquiry for up to 12 months ahead.
Hire Process & Conditions
All applicants must provide Public Liability insurance and Working with Children clearance. Submit the application form for assessment; bookings are confirmed by email once approved. Peak and shoulder periods during school terms are in high demand, so alternative options may be offered if preferred times are unavailable.

AQUAPULSE
Designed for family-friendly celebrations, the AquaPulse party accommodates up to 20 guests (adults and children).
Full-day fun includes access to indoor aquatic attractions, while catering options span local café choices or your own homemade food under the no‑commercial‑food policy. Booking opens two months ahead, with sessions on weekends during school term and additional daily slots during school holidays.

The Party Room at AquaPulse costs $324. This fee includes two hours of exclusive room hire, 20 aquatic entries for guests (adults and children), three tables (two for seating and one for food or presents), and access to a hot and cold water tap with a kitchen sink. No cooking equipment is permitted in the room. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

If you have more than 20 guests, you will need to pay casual aquatic entry fees for additional attendees on arrival. These payments can be made at the service desk, with current pricing listed on the AquaPulse website.

To confirm your booking, you must complete the Party Room request form with your preferred date and session time. A team member will then contact you with payment instructions. Full payment through the online payment portal is required to finalise your booking.

Yes. Homemade food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. However, AquaPulse does not allow commercially prepared or packaged food such as pizza, KFC, or McDonalds. Fridge space is not available for storage of party food or cakes, and candles or sparklers are not permitted. Catering is available through the AquaPulse café, with orders required at least two weeks prior to the party date.

No. AquaPulse does not provide a party host. Upon arrival, the service team will show you to the Party Room and answer any questions, but you are responsible for supervising and hosting your guests.

All AquaPulse visitors must follow the Watch Around Water policy. Children under 5 years must be within arm’s reach of an adult at all times, and children under 10 must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian. Staff strictly enforce these guidelines, so parents of attending children should be made aware prior to the event.

Yes. Waterslides at AquaPulse operate from 10 am to 5 pm on weekends. Minimum age and height restrictions apply. Please note that availability cannot be guaranteed on the day, as pools or facilities may close due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Party Room package includes 20 aquatic entries, three tables, chairs, and a sink with hot and cold water. It does not include cooking equipment, fridge space, or cake storage. Decorations, entertainment, and hosting are the responsibility of the hirer.
