Hey, I’m Rhys and I am one of the friendly trainers walking around at AquaPulse or Eagle Stadium. I started playing footy when I was a kid but my love for fitness started when I was young and had my own PT in which I started boxing, as much as I hated the cardio then; I now realise that the years personal training and boxing lead to me falling in love the gym. After years of hitting pads, I found a new interest in powerlifting and resistance training. This has led me to begin my bachelor’s in sport science.

Outside of the gym I’m either at a cafe, hiking, travelling or snowboarding or simply just being a couch potato watching tv or the NBA. I understand how daunting the going to the gym can be so it is my goal to make your experience with a PT and exercise as life changing as mine was; while building your confidence in yourself as well as in the gym.

I’m Peter and I’m excited to be one of the Personal Trainers here at WynActive. I have been involved in the fitness industry for 5 years but have a long history of coaching sports. I have played and coached many sports over the years including rugby union, cricket and swimming. I hold a certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, a CrossFit level 1 coaching certificate and also a qualified rugby union coach. I am studying to hold certificates in nutrition and strength and conditioning.

As a Personal Trainer I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy particularly working with people to help improve their health and fitness so they are able to enjoy their lives more and feel great about themselves. As a father of 2, I know how important this is so I can keep up with kids. I am also passionate about coaching athletes to improve in their chosen sport and push for whatever sporting level they wish to achieve.

I do my utmost to get my clients the results they want leaving no stone unturned in my approach. I love to make my workouts challenging but fun and enjoyable for all. The question I ask every person is how bad do you want it? I believe if you want something bad enough there is no limit to what you can achieve.

Hey everyone, my name is Kiahann but everyone calls me Kiki. I am one of the fresh new faces you might have seen around running FXFIT classes and fitness coaching at both Aquapulse and Eagle Stadium.

My fitness journey began at a young age playing Football or as many of you guys know it as soccer. I’ve been playing since I was 12 years old and it’s something I hold close to my heart and am super passionate about. My sporting career hasn’t been all fun and games, I have encountered many injuries throughout my sporting career which is what has sparked me to further my studies from a Bachelor in Exercise Science to a Masters in Exercise Rehabilitation, as one of the hardest barriers anyone can face is getting back into exercise from injury. The knowledge and information around how to take care of yourself in the right way is powerful and integral in every part of life and is something that I think everyone should know.

Alongside playing sport, my passion for the gym came to fruition when I was taking my own health journey to better my skills on and off the field, increase my strength and agility and to be an all-round healthier version of myself.

I don’t like to take myself too seriously, I love to have a laugh and joke around but that won’t mean that I am not going to push you to be the best version of you, you can be. Taking the road to the healthier lifestyle is not meant to be miserable, its all about shifting that mindset and enjoying the ride and that’s what I’m here for.

My fitness journey began when I was a child; swimming competitively for 11 years and just recently transitioning into Australian Rules Football for the last couple years. Now, I want to give back my knowledge to everyone who wants to succeed in their fitness journey, whether they are just starting or have years of experience.

How’s it going? I’m Dylan. My fitness journey started when I was 15. I was the scrawny kid in high school—always picked last for sports teams and the weakest in my year level. I was uncoordinated and unfit. This inspired me to make a change. I committed to lifting weights, transformed my diet, and took up boxing. Today, I box competitively, have gained over 15 kilograms of muscle, and have the confidence to match. I’ve pushed myself to run a half-marathon, compete in two powerlifting competitions, and fight in multiple boxing matches—all of which have shaped my approach as a personal trainer.

As a qualified personal trainer at AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. With me, you’ll receive personalized one-on-one training tailored specifically for you, along with custom workout programs for the rest of the week. I’ll teach you the correct techniques to keep you safe and injury-free.

Hey I’m Daniel! I’m a PT and fitness coach here at WynActive. I am an outgoing, and bubbly person who is very passionate about the fitness industry and helping out others. I have played 12 years of football locally along with being within the gym for the last 4 years so it is clear that my life revolves around fitness and sport.

I have recently graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise And Sport Science where I grew a passion for personal training, strength and conditioning and biomechanics. I am really interested in how the body can work all together and how exercise can affect and impact both your mental and physical health. Throughout my university degree journey, I had numerous placements where I conduced 1 v 1 personal training with the help of a mentor ensuring I have all the experience and knowledge I need to be a great PT for yourself.

I want you to enjoy being active, and I will help you to find a movement that you love. I have grown up playing netball, running, and swimming and I currently play Netball for Lara in the GFNL.

Hi, I’m Aaron! Throughout my many years of personal training, I’ve educated and supported thousands of people in their health and fitness journeys. I’m recognised as one of Australia’s most experienced trainers (over 30 years of experience) and have achieved Level 3 Registration status with AusActive, which is Australia’s registration body for fitness professionals.

This level of registration level is only available to trainers with considerable knowledge and experience in the Australian Fitness Industry. Over the years, I’ve made it my personal mission to help as many people as possible to achieve their ideal level of fitness and to feel more confident and happy!

I specialise in helping clients who have body transformation goals, such as reducing bodyfat and increasing muscle. I do this by using my signature training programs that have previously helped thousands of clients to make permanent and sustainable changes to their bodies, mindset, and lifestyle.

When training with me, you’ll learn how to increase your fitness and strength through regular workouts. My programs also grow with you, so you’ll always be progressing.
