WynActive would like to advise patrons of a decision regarding our Childcare Services.
Following ongoing review and after extensive consideration, WynActive have made the difficult decision to reduce our Childcare Services by ceasing Creche Sessions and Occasional Care at Eagle Stadium at the end of 2025.
Despite our continued efforts, demand and utilisation of these subsidised services at Eagle Stadium have remained low over an extended period. Unfortunately, the associated costs have now exceeded what we can sustainably support as we balance service delivery with financial sustainability.
Importantly, Creche Sessions and Occasional Care will continue to be provided at AquaPulse, with capacity to cater for current and future demand. We are also pleased to confirm that our highly popular Playgroup Sessions delivered at Eagle Stadium will continue.
WynActive would like to acknowledge and thank all our patrons who have utilised our childcare services at Eagle Stadium. We would also like to thank our dedicated Creche team who will continue to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all the children enrolled in our childcare services.

Creche Services
WynActive’s creche creates a safe, welcoming environment for children while parents use the gym, pool, or group fitness classes. Caring and qualified staff engage every child in age-appropriate activities that foster play, learning, and social interaction.
The creche operates at both AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium, giving families across Wyndham convenient access. Session times align with popular fitness and aquatic programs so parents can focus on their wellbeing.
Experienced educators supervise all children, prioritising safety and enjoyment. Families register through the WynActive portal and book casual or regular sessions online.
By choosing WynActive’s creche, parents gain peace of mind while they stay active and healthy. The service offers a trusted childcare option for both members and casual visitors.

Occasional Care
Occasional care provides short periods of care when parents/carers need time out to attend an appointment, shop or study. It may also be used to help children develop social skills or as a stepping stone to other early education and care services. Occasional Care offers more choice and flexibility to suit individual family circumstances.
School holiday fun!
During the school holidays, we invite school aged kids (up to 10 years old) to join in on the Creche Club fun. Booking essential.

Charges are calculated in 30 minute blocks. All bookings must be at least 60 minutes.

Following an extensive review of our Childcare Services, demand and utilisation at Eagle Stadium have remained consistently low. This has made it challenging to continue delivering the service sustainably. After careful consideration and consultation, we made the difficult decision to cease Creche Sessions and Occasional Care at Eagle Stadium at the end of 2025.

Creche Sessions and Occasional Care at Eagle Stadium will remain available until 18 December 2025. From 1 January 2026, all services will be delivered from AquaPulse.

Yes. The same nurturing, safe, and engaging care you currently receive will continue at AquaPulse. Our Creche team will still be there to support your child, offering a similar experience in a welcoming environment.

Great news — Play Group sessions will continue at Eagle Stadium. We are currently finalising days and times for 2026, and we recommend visiting our website for the most up-to-date information.

We don’t anticipate any issues with availability. We encourage all parents to book early. Members can book up to 7 days in advance, and non-members up to 5 days. Please avoid leaving bookings until the day you plan to attend to ensure we can accommodate your child.

All sessions can be booked through the online Member Portal, accessible via the TechnoGym/WynActive App or by logging in through our website. Our team will guide you through any small differences in processes when you arrive. Full booking information remains available on our website.

While we cannot guarantee that specific classes will be moved or replicated, we are working closely with our Group Fitness Team to ensure a variety of classes are available during Creche operating hours at AquaPulse.

Yes. Bookings can be made through the WynActive Member Portal, the WynActive App under “Facility Bookings,” by phone, or in person at reception.

WynActive members can book up to 7 days ahead. Non-members and Fitness Passport holders can book up to 5 days ahead.

The minimum booking duration is 1 hour, with extensions available in 30-minute intervals. Time slots can be selected in 15-minute increments starting from 9:00 am.

Yes. Cancellations are permitted up to 1 hour before the scheduled session. Changes to children’s profiles cannot be made online and must be requested directly with creche staff.

For standard creche bookings, parents and guardians must remain on the premises. For occasional care bookings, parents are permitted to leave the facility.

No. Multi Visit Passes are no longer offered for creche bookings.

Parents must sign children in and out, noting who will collect them, and provide a contact number. Only authorised persons may collect, and must present ID if not the parent.

Unwell or infectious children must stay home. In event of illness/injury during session, parent/guardian will be contacted immediately. Medication only administered with written authorisation and accurate forms; preferably given before arrival.

Yes, the creche operates as a nut‑free facility.

Labelled bag and change of clothes, nappies, plastic bag for soiled items, labelled drinks/bottles, hat and sunscreen (summer), hat and jacket (winter). Food is permitted. Prams cannot be stored in the creche or foyer.
