Photo and Video Consent Requirements

To help protect the privacy of all patrons, anyone wishing to take photographs or video recordings within the facility must complete a Photo Consent Form before recording.

You can complete the form by:
Scanning the QR code available throughout the facility, or Accessing the form via the WynActive website.

Once submitted:

  • Your consent details will be recorded in the Photo Consent Register.
  • Staff will receive an email notification confirming your submission.

Conditions of Consent

By submitting the Photo Consent Form, you agree that:

  • You will only photograph or record individuals who are under your care or who have provided consent
  • You will not intentionally photograph or record other members of the public without their consent.

Western Leisure Services does not authorise the photographing or recording of other patrons and accepts no responsibility for images taken by visitors, patrons, or hirers.

Please note: The Photo Consent Form remains valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
