WynActive offers facility hire across three major locations. At AquaPulse, you can book aquatic and gym spaces. Eagle Stadium provides indoor and outdoor courts, fitness studios, meeting rooms and community event spaces. Werribee Outdoor Pool offers seasonal hire for swimming carnivals, community gatherings and outdoor events.

All facility hire enquiries are managed through the WynActive facility hire form. Once submitted, the team will review your request and confirm availability by email. Permanent court bookings at Eagle Stadium can be made up to 12 months in advance, while casual bookings are confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

Eagle Stadium offers flexible hire options including one-off casual court bookings, long-term recurring bookings for clubs or schools, and multiple meeting room layouts such as boardroom, classroom or seminar style. Larger rooms can also be created by combining spaces, making the venue suitable for both small groups and major events.

Facilities include modern meeting rooms with audiovisual screens, configurable seating, and air conditioning. Accessibility features across WynActive venues include level entry, accessible parking, lifts, and Braille signage. Yes, all hirers must comply with WynActive’s conditions of entry. Children under 10 must be actively supervised, pets are not permitted except for assistance animals, and safety standards must always be followed. Additional requirements may apply depending on the type of booking and venue.
