Aquatic Access Changes

Aquatic Access Changes

To make visiting AquaPulse easier and more convenient, we are introducing several changes to our aquatic access products from 1 July 2026

Important for Gold and Blue Members

From 1 July 2026, all patrons accessing the Spa, Steam, Sauna & Slide facilities, including Gold and Blue Members, will be required to collect a wristband from Customer Service prior to use.

What’s Changing?

1. Simplified Aquatic Entry

Peak and Off-Peak aquatic access times will be replaced with a single Aquatic Entry option. This means you can visit at any time during operating hours without needing to determine whether your visit falls within peak or off-peak periods.

2. New Swim, Spa, Steam, Sauna & Slides Entry

A new all-in-one access pass will be available, covering swimming, spa, steam, sauna, and water slide. All in a single, convenient entry option.
This product provides access to:

Swimming pools (50 – metre, 25 – metre, and the Warm Water Pool)
Spa
Steamroom
Sauna
Waterslide

3. Easier Multi Visit Passes

Multi Visit Passes (MVPs) will now be valid across all operating hours, providing greater flexibility and convenience when planning your visit.

4. More Choice for Your Visit

The new access structure allows patrons to pay only for the facilities they intend to use.

Patrons visiting for lap swimming or general aquatic access will not be required to pay for wellness facilities if they do not wish to use them.

Similarly, waterslide access will be available for patrons wishing to use the slides. This means children and patrons not using the slides will not be paying for facilities they do not access.

Please note, that waterslide use is subject to minimum height requirements and facility operating conditions.

5. Wristbands for Spa, Steam & Sauna Access

Patrons accessing the Spa, Steam and Sauna areas will be issued a wristband from Customer Service.

This initiative helps our team:

  • Verify access eligibility
  • Maintain safe and respectful use of the facilities
  • Improve patron experience
  • Support efficient facility operations

6. Why Are We Making These Changes?

These updates are designed to:

  • Make visiting easier and less confusing
  • Improve convenience and flexibility
  • Reduce wait times at reception
  • Align with industry-standard aquatic access models
  • Create a more comfortable experience for all patrons

We appreciate your support as we introduce these improvements and look forward to continuing to provide a great experience for all visitors.
