Requirements:

All users must provide:

• A current copy of Public Liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $10,000,000.
• Evidence of Working with Children.

• Submission – The eagle stadium team will assess your application.
• Review – We will contact you via email if we require more information.
• Confirmation – you will receive an email confirming your request.
