Start-Up Session
Your first step to confidence in the gym. This 45-minute appointment includes an injury and health screen, body scan, goal-setting discussion, and a program demonstration if required.
Check-Up Session
Scheduled around four weeks later, this 45-minute session reviews your progress. Our coaches will adjust your plan, provide a wellness age scan if desired, and help you keep momentum.
Follow-Up Session
Every few months, book a 45-minute follow-up to reassess your progress, update your body scan, review goals, and make necessary changes to your program.
How to prepare for your gym appointment
- Download the TechnoGym app and activate your MyWellness account.
- Avoid exercise directly before your session.
- Bring any medical certificates or relevant health information.
- Dress in workout gear and bring a towel and water bottle.
