Get Active Kids Voucher Program with WynSwim
The Victorian Government’s Get Active Kids Voucher Program is designed to help families reduce the cost of children participating in sport and physical activity.
At WynSwim, eligible families can use their $200 voucher to help cover the cost of swimming lessons. When the voucher is applied to your child’s enrolment, it is credited to your account and used toward lesson fees.
The information below outlines how the voucher is applied within our program, including how many lessons it covers, how payments are processed, and the conditions that apply while the voucher is being used.

Number of weeks / value
The $200 Kids Active voucher covers seven lessons of the program, with a small remaining balance that will be applied to your next fortnightly payment.
New members are set up in our system as if they are on direct debit. No payments will be taken until the voucher credit is fully used. Once the voucher credit has been applied, your normal direct debit payments will continue.
Our standard fortnightly direct debit is $53.60.

Yes — you can change days or times if spaces are available. If your child progresses to the next level during this time, we can also assist with moving them into the appropriate class.

You are welcome to participate for only the seven weeks covered by the voucher. If you intend to cancel your membership after this period, please notify us by week five. Our membership terms require 14 days’ notice for cancellations.

Your class will automatically continue in our booking system, Perfect Gym. Any remaining voucher credit will be applied to your next payment, meaning your following direct debit will be reduced accordingly.

For sessions paid using the Kids Active voucher, make-up lessons, account freezes, or additional credits are not available. The voucher covers the sessions as described only.

Once the voucher has been applied and the program has commenced, the voucher credit cannot be refunded to families. The voucher is paid directly to the program and is not refundable.

No. The Kids Active voucher is issued by the State Government and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
