What areas will remain closed during this phase?
- AquaPulse’s Waterslides will be closed
- The spa, sauna and steam room remain closed due to the requirement of one person per 4m2. As soon as this restriction is eased we will reopen

Can I re-activate my membership?
You have the option to take your membership off suspension. and your fortnightly payment will resume.
To re-activate your membership or for new sales, please email email@example.com and we will contact you.
Memberships will be reactivated on Thursday 21 January 2021, unless you have opted out or further suspended via our webform.
Can I come to WynActive without having a booking?
Yes, in the next phase you will be able to attend the centre without a prior booking, however, we will still have density quotients and maximum allowed people in each space. Some services such as casual shooting and court hire, still require bookings, we are accepting walk-in bookings if we have courts available, it is always better to book in advance where possible.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can. Your visit pass expiry has been extended to acknowledge our period of closure.
When will swimming lessons resume?
Swimming lessons will not be returning in this step but may be coming soon.
When will aqua aerobics resume?
Aqua aerobics has resumed, at AquaPulse and Werribee Outdoor Pool. Check our timetable here
