Session #6 (Mini Movers & Leisure Networks) –The final session from Mini Movers has Lauren taking another great 10min session the young ones can do at home. You will need a ball for this one.
Swimming @ Home Episode #6 (Life Saving Victoria) – Tune in with the team from Life Saving Victoria taking you through the skills needed for the ‘sidestroke’. You will need a pillow or cushion, teddy bear and water bottle.

Run Jump Throw Yourself Into It Activity Sessions – Check out these great videos from Little Athletics NSW – helping kids learn the basic fundamental skills of a variety of running, jumping and throwing events in track and field.
Healthy Plates – Ask the kids to re-create the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating plate on paper plates or fill in the blank plate. Draw images of the food items or write the food items into the correct sections of the plate. Maybe even get the kids to cut out images of food items from magazines, junk mail papers and stick these into the healthy eating plate in their correct categories
