7-12 Years

Sport @ Home Session Williams Landing Football Club – Williams Landing Football Club have put together some mini drills you can do at home with a ball to improve your skills. Begin following on with the Warm up video to get yourself ready to go! Then move onto the five 30 second mini drill videos – watch the video, then press pause and practice the drill for 2-3 minutes, before moving onto the next one.

Kids @ Home Fitness (WynActive) – Alycia is back with another fun session to get you up and moving at home. You will need some spoons as part of this workout!

13-18 Years

Not to worry if you are missing anything as you will still be able to join in and get moving today!

Swimming@Home Episode #4 (Life Saving Victoria) – Tune in to learn about how to help in an emergency and have fun practicing some swimming skills. For this session you will need; a pillow/cushion, water bottle and teddy bear.

7-12 Years

Sport @ Home Session – VU in the Community Kids Active Recess: Westside Netball Session – Victoria University delivers a fun netball session with star player Bianca Chatfield. Grab your netball or any type of ball to try out some throwing drills and work on your footwork. Great for most age groups and any skill level.

Sport @ Home Session – NETFIT Solo Skills – Sharpen Your Skills – Delivered by NETFIT, this is one of many workouts you can join in at home. This workout is a bit longer, approx. 40mins. It’s a great session for experienced Netballers, or for players of other sports who are wanting to develop their ball handling skills at home. You will get a sweat up!

Kids Strength & Conditioning Session @ Home (WynActive) – Kosta Plyometrics Recorded Session – Kosta is back! Today he delivers a tough plyometrics workout that will challenge and test you at home. If you need to take a bit extra rest at any time just press pause. Again you won’t need any equipment for this workout, just make sure you have your water bottle handy!

First Aid for Kids @ Home Video 3-6yrs & 6-12yrs – This one-off program is designed to give children the knowledge and skills to help if they found someone in an emergency and work through a range of different first aid scenario’. This is a school and family-friendly program, which how to treat bleeds, breaks and burns.
